This is a one day skill development course with the emphasis on developing divers buoyancy, propulsion and finning techniques to make them more competant underwater. We also cover basic propulsion including the back kick, ascents and positioning in the water together with hovering and dsmb deployment.

This is an intensive day, the majority of which is spent in the water working on basic skills. It represents an excellent foundation course for further technical level training.
